“ I visited with my kids on the first day of our trip to Loch Ness, and we had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious—so much so that even my 5-year-old asked to come back on our return day! The rump steak and langoustines were especially outstanding. Highly recommended! ”
“ If I could give ten stars, I would... Wow!!! Everything about this restaurant was impressive. We got the haggis nips and tatties and it was absolutely THE dish to get here! My spouse ordered the steak pie and loved it too. We even got dessert, which we never do at restaurants. We got the canachan, amazing. The most impressive part was the absolute courtesy and attention the staff gave us! Tia was our server and she was attentive and though so much about the children, she even listened to our three year old who asked for beans and came up with a solution even though they didn’t have beans! It wasn’t too much attention that it was uncomfortable. It was just enough and everyone was so incredibly kind, especially with our two young children. Each and every server went above and beyond what they needed to do. Thank you for a great experience!!! ”
“ We didn't realize they had just closed when we entered but Chef asked us to have a seat. Chef and staff made our visit great! They were excellent even though we kept them late. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the bathrooms were clean and just as nice as the restaurant. I will try to go back if I ever visit the area again. I'm from the wonderful state of Virginia in the US. ”
“ Amazing place to eat, a lot of choices on the menu and the Scottish plates are really good and tasty! We tried the Balmoral Chicken, the Stovies and the Cranachan as dessert. Except for the last one, where the whisky sauce wasn't there at all, the main 2 plates were very good. The prices are in line with the others and the service is fast, good job guys! ”
“ Wonderful restaurant to come for some traditional Scottish food. We had the chicken Balmoral and sticky toffee pudding and cranachan for dessert. Both were scrumptious and I had the gin cocktail too. Would recommend for anyone wanting to try traditional Scottish food. ”

“ Great and convenient spot for traditional Scottish fare. Stand warned, their Old Fashioned is with whisky not whiskey! We enjoyed fried whitefish(which are like wee sardines with eyeballs), haggis and nappies, and some whisky of course! ”
